We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Business Planning and Analytics Manager to lead strategic operational evaluation and business intelligence for our in-flight services division. The ideal candidate will orchestrate data-driven planning and build robust optimization models to enhance efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and sustain premium service standards globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Define operations research standards and implement analytics dashboards to track global airline services metrics.
- Analyze operational data to deliver actionable insights on service efficiency, catering supply chains, and staff performance.
Role Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics, Airline Operations, Logistics, or Finance.
- 8+ years of dedicated experience in In-flight Services, In-flight Administration, and/or Airline Operations.
